Mix flour, egg and salt with enough water to make a viscous dough. On top of it add the white cabbage – or sauerkraut – and the crabs. Of course, the real North Sea crabs taste best. Heat sunflower oil or other vegetable oil in a frying pan, form the mixed dough and roast it in 5-10 minutes at medium heat until golden brown. You can roast several smaller ones as well.

For the tonkatsu sauce to coat the pizzas, mix the tomato ketchup with the worchester sauce. Finally, you can evenly spread fried ham, bacon or shrimp over the top.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
