Black tea with mint leaves in a pitcher form, pour boiling hot water and infuse for 5 min. Drain the tea, add finely chopped mint leaves to the tea, sweeten with sweetener and leave to cool.
Form ice cubes in glasses and pour the mint tea through a sieve over it.
Pour boiling hot water over green tea and steep for 3 minutes. Strain, sweeten with sweetener and shake with ice cubes and the juice of the lemon in a blender for about 1 minute.
Add tonic water (reduced calorie). If desired, add a slice of lemon to the rim of the glass.

Ginger Tea Cocktail
Pour 200 ml of boiling hot water over green tea and steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Strain and pour in the slice of fresh ginger root and a little lemon zest and sweeten to taste. Chill.
Form ice cubes in a glass, pour the tea over it and top with 100 ml of ginger ale.
