Instructions:

For stuffed onions, boil the peeled onions for 10 minutes. Cut crosswise and take out some onion flesh from the center and chop finely.

Add to the mince and mix well with cheese, parsley, egg and breadcrumbs. Butter an ovenproof dish and place the onion halves that have been stuffed with the seasoned mince.

Put butter flakes on top and fry over medium heat for about 50 minutes.
