For the spelt-egg liqueur cake, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Beat the eggs until foamy and then add the sugar. Add oil and eggnog.
Carefully mix in the sifted flour and tartar powder mixture. Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan and bake for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
Test with a wooden skewer. If nothing sticks, the cake is ready.
