Roqufort Pears Dip

For the Roqufort pear dip, drain the curd and pass through a sieve. Mix the Roquefort with the half cream and press through with a fork.

Wash and peel the pear and cut it into cubes. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper if necessary.

Let the Roqufort pear dip stand for at least 4 hours so that the flavors can blend.
