Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Melt the butter, heat the peas in it for 2-3 min. on low heat. Add crème fraîche (I) to the peas form, let it bubble up and then thicken for 2 min. on low speed.
Cook pasta in lightly salted boiling water together with the oil until al dente, drain and drain well. Now add to the saucepan one more time.
Add the peas to the pasta together with the sauce and put the pot back on the heat.
Add the crème fraîche (Ii) and the Parmesan cheese (I) and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Mix the sauce with the pasta using two forks while the pot is slightly heated.
Arrange the pasta in a heated serving bowl, sprinkle with Parmesan (Ii) and serve on the spot.
Sauté min on low heat and before adding the pea whipped cream sauce to the pasta, mix in the sauce.
