For the lasagna, chop the vegetables (grate the carrots) and fry them with the meat in the pan. Add tomato sauce and boil the remaining herbs and ready.
Melt the butter, mix in the flour and add the milk, boil once and it’s ready. So, now the lasagna is shaped. A layer of lasagna sheets a layer of béchamel sauce, a layer of Bolognese sauce and sprinkle with the grated cheese, and again from the beginning until the sauces are used up. Up to 6-7 layers is best. Bake the lasagna in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180-200°C. Enjoy your meal!
