For the apricot strudel with marzipan, first brown the breadcrumbs in butter slightly and add the apricots, add sugar to taste.

Bring the marzipan cubes to the boil in the apricot schnapps and mix into the apricots.

Place the filling on a buttered strudel sheet and roll up. Brush with butter. Bake the apricot strudel with marzipan in the oven at approx. 175 °C until golden brown.
