Eggs, milk, sweet yeast flour, butter are made into a dough, rolled out thinly and cut out with a water glass. One slice is covered with fruit, cream or jelly. Brush the edge with egg white, but do not let it run down over the edge, and place a second slice on top, pressing the edges together, and flatten through a little smaller glass. Then baked in fat on both sides.
