Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and peel them a little, salt them and let them drain on a cloth.
Peel and slice the garlic and sauté in olive oil.
Pat the zucchini dry, add, sauté on both sides and remove.
Cut fontina cheese and ham to the size of the zucchini. Place ham first, then cheese on top of zucchini.
Layer in a greased baking dish or place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake briefly in the oven preheated to 160 °C (top heat).
