Pasta dishes are just always delicious!
Make pasta in salted water “al dente”.
Cut the liver or liver cheese into finger-length strips and fry briefly in light butter (1), set aside.
Chop the onions and sauté in light butter (2) until golden brown. Add the peeled tomatoes cut into small strips. Season everything and steam for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the fried liver / meat cheese strips.
Toss the noodles in a little light butter and arrange the “Geschnetzelte” on top.
A pepper sauce should taste quite good with it.
Ps: *I* taet yes still a little bit Krem fraîche to the Geschnetzelte.
