For the pasta and potato casserole, cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Separate the eggs.

Grate the zest from the lemon and squeeze out the juice.

Beat the yolks with the sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest until creamy. Add the curd cheese and the cream.

Mix in the cooked ribbon noodles. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in carefully.

Grease a baking dish (Ø 30 cm) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Pour in the pasta mixture and bake in the oven for about half an hour.

Compote goes well with the pasta and potato casserole.
