Instructions:

Cut escalopes in half diagonally, pat flatter. Fry in hot oil in a coated frying pan for approx. 2 min. per side. Season and remove.

In the meantime, clean, rinse and chop the peppers.

Remove the peel from the onion and garlic. Cut onion into slices. Chop garlic finely.

Sauté onion and garlic in hot frying fat. Sauté peppers briefly. Add tomatoes, season. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes.

Rinse and chop parsley. Add to vegetables form. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Place cutlets on top and heat briefly. Arrange everything. Serve with baguette.

Extra Tip:

The escalope with paprika vegetables can also be transformed into a cutlet. First fry the escalope strips in hot oil, then add the onion, garlic and peppers.
