Instructions:

A great cake recipe for any occasion:

1. mix well curd, oil, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, salt and lemon zest.

2. mix flour with baking powder and stir half of it into the curd mixture. Knead in the rest until a smooth dough is formed.

3. roll out dough on greased baking sheet with edges. Brush with melted butter.

4. rinse rhubarb, clean and cut into 2 cm pieces. Mix with sugar and draw juice. Remove peel from apples, quarter, core and divide into wedges.

Preheat stove to 200 degrees. Melt butter for the crumble, cool. Mix salt, sugar, flour, cinnamon. Fold in butter with dough hooks to make crumble.

Drain the rhubarb. Spread evenly on the dough with the apples. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Streusel over it form. Bake for half an hour.
