For the red mulled wine jelly, prepare a mulled wine from red wine, sugar, spices and the zest of orange and lemon. Bring to the boil briefly and then leave to infuse. Allow to cool. Filter the mulled wine (e.g. run through a coffee filter), mix with grape juice and stir in the jelling sugar. Bring to a boil and continue to boil for 3-4 minutes while stirring. Fill the mulled wine jelly into glasses while it is still hot.
