For the Raindrop Cake, mix agar agar with 200 ml water in a saucepan, but do not heat yet. When the agar agar has dissolved nicely in the water, bring to a boil for about 2 minutes.
Then add the remaining water. Pour the liquid into small bowls and add 2-3 pieces of fruit. Then put the bowls in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
In the meantime, blend the strawberries into a fruit drop. When the raindrop is firm, carefully remove from the bowl and serve on the strawberry mirror.
