1 can lychee (565g, Suzi-Wan) 2 pieces ginger, rstuecke, in syrup eingeletegt 1 trace pure Sambal Ölek (chin. Spice) Yield: For garnish.

Rinse bream, dry, rub with salt and pepper inside and out. Drain lychees. Collect juice. Crush 4 lychees, chop ginger pieces very finely, mix with sherry vinegar, honey, sambal oelek, soy sauce, peanut oil and a little bit of lychee juice, coat bream with it inside and outside, cook on a broiler or griddle for 10 min. on each side and coat repeatedly with glaze. Serve with remaining lychees, slices of washed lime and washed parsley and perhaps with leaf salad. Offer long grain rice, if desired.
