Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Flour in the baking bowl form, make a bulge in the middle and pour in eggs, salt and about an eighth of a liter of buttermilk and stir until a firm dough. Dilute with the remaining milk and mineral water and let rest in a warm place for 1-2 hours. Then bake small pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
