A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Make a crumbly dough with butter, baking powder, flour, sugar and eggs. Form 2/3 of the crumb dough in a greased cake springform pan (26 cm). Spread the well drained cherries evenly on the dough. Beat eggs with sugar, vanillin.sugar and lemon sugar until creamy. Fold in the curd cheese and the custard powder. Pour the amount into the cake springform pan with the remaining batter sprinkled on top. Bake at 200 °C for 45 min.
