For the scalloped potato wedges, cut the potato into eighths and rinse well.
Mix the olive oil with salt, paprika powder and chili powder and roll the potato wedges in it. Place the marinated potato wedges on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C, for 30 minutes. In the last 10 minutes sprinkle the cheese on top and finish baking.
Serve the potato wedges au gratin.
