Wash potatoes and cook in their skins.
Peel and dice the onion and fry in hot oil.
Wash the cucumber, peel and finely slice as desired.
Mix the onion with clear soup, vinegar and oil.
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and add to the marinade. Mix in the cucumber.
Season generously with salt and freshly ground pepper. Clean the spring onion, cut into small rolls and add to the marinade.
