Barley with curry
Briefly steam barley with curry in vegetable fat, douse with soup and season with salt. Cook on low temperature with closed lid (about half an hour).
Heat peanuts in butter, spread evenly over barley.
Barley in the stove
Preheat the stove to medium heat – 180 °C.
Rinse parsley, chop finely. Put barley in the mold with soup, salt and parsley. Cover and cook for about 1 hour.
As a last step enrich with butter flakes.
Barley with tomatoes
Remove the peel from the onion. Rinse parsley, chop both finely. Steam briefly in fat. Add barley and steam. Add soup, salt, tomatoes and bay leaf seasoning.
Cook for about 30 minutes with the lid closed.
Remove the bay leaf seasoning and serve with Parmesan cheese.
