First whisk semolina and egg. Add curd, honey, cinnamon and salt and mash or mix.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Form dumplings from the curd mixture with the help of a spoon. Bring water to a boil and simmer dumplings in it for 10 minutes.
Puree the thawed berries and serve the curd dumplings with them.
