Cut onion into rings, bell bell pepper into 2 cm long strips. Steam in oil/butter in about 10 min. until soft. Add salt, pepper and garlic.

Fry the minced meat in a little oil (pour off and save the liquid). Season (also with the ground cloves) and extinguish with the red wine, add the bay leaf spice.

Drain the tomatoes and braise a little, add the beans and season. Put all the ingredients one by one into a gratin dish. Pour the collected roasting liquid over it. Cover with crumbled feta cheese, drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with chopped kitchen herbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
