Roll out the puff pastry to the thickness of the back of a knife and cut into sticks of 8 x 3 cm. Brush with the beaten egg, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 210 °C for approx. 10 – 15 minutes. For the filling, strain Gorgonzola with margarine, add whipped cream and stir until fluffy. Fill the cheese mixture into a piping bag and fill half of the Gorgonzola sticks with it. Leave some cheese mixture for garnish. Place the 2nd half of the sticks on top, squirt on some cheese mixture and garnish as desired with paprika, grapes, olives and parsley.
