A delicious strawberry recipe!

Sauté finely chopped onion with oil. Add bay leaf spice, sauerkraut, cloves and crushed juniper berries. Pour vegetable soup and simmer the whole thing together with the lid closed.

Serve with haddock or halibut very finely cut, smoked and sprinkled with lemon.

Serve with 1 slice of pumpernickel.
