For this Swedish dish, soak the peas in water for one night. A day later, bubble them up in a large saucepan with soaking water. Salt.
Peel and dice two onions. Peel one onion, whole and stud with cloves. Add both to the cooking pot. Rinse pork under cold water and after 20 min add to boiling peas form. Bring to a boil. Add marjoram and thyme. Cook for another 100 minutes. Take out the onion with cloves from the soup, also take out the pork. Cut into thick slices.
Season the pea soup with salt. Arrange in a baking dish. Place meat slices on top. Rinse and dry parsley. Garnish the pea soup with it.
