In a large frying pan, bring enough water to a boil.
At the same time, feel the salmon fillet with your fingers for bones and pull them out if necessary. Cut the fish into cubes. Season with the lemon zest and a tiny bit of salt or lemon salt, if desired.
Chop the dill. Mix in a frying pan with salt, cream, juice of one lemon and freshly ground pepper.
When the pasta cooking water is bubbling, add a little salt and pour in the pasta. Cook until al dente, stirring occasionally.
Just before the end of the cooking time of the pasta, bring the provided cream to a boil. Pour in the salmon cubes and cook for two to three minutes, depending on the size, before reaching the boiling point with the lid closed.
Drain the pasta, drain well and mix with the hot salmon sauce on the spot.
