Cut the onions into cubes and fry in oil with the minced meat. Season with bell pepper, salt, paprika, basil, thyme and oregano. Add clear soup. Remove the leaves from the celery, rinse and cut into pieces. Add to the minced form and cook at low temperature for 15 minutes with the lid closed. Empty into an ovenproof dish. Spread cheese cubes evenly on top and bake in heated oven at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
