For the pasta with mushrooms, cook the pasta in salted water. Clean the mushrooms with damp kitchen paper and either leave them in one piece or cut larger ones in half. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
Sear the mushrooms in clarified butter and then cook over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes. Then add the cherry tomatoes and let them get hot. You can skin the cherry tomatoes beforehand, but you don’t have to.
Finally, add Parmesan cheese and season with olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. Serve with coarse Parmesan shavings.
