First clean the leek and cut into rings. Peppers free from the stem and inner part and also cut into small pieces.
Grate the cheese.
Mix all ingredients well in an unperforated steamer bowl and steam at temperature setting 100 °C – for 4 minutes.
When the time is up, stir the pasta well and cook for another 4 minutes at 100 °C.
Before serving, season if necessary and decorate with freshly chopped basil.
