For the plum and rice casserole, mix well curd cheese, eggs, lemon juice, cinnamon and sweetener. Cut the plums into pieces and add to the curd mixture with the rice.

Grease the baking dish with margarine and pour in the mixture. Bake the plum and rice casserole in the oven at 190°C for about 35 minutes.
