Total time: 30 min

For the blackberry terrine, mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice, add the yogurt and the gelatine, which has been soaked in cold water for about 10 minutes, squeezed out well and dissolved. Make sure that the gelatine is not too cold, otherwise it will pull threads. Strain and fold in the blackberries. Finally, mix in the whipped cream.

Pour into a mold lined with plastic wrap or cut out dumplings and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Dip briefly in hot water and turn the blackberry terrine out onto a plate and decorate with a few blackberries.
