Mash the camenbert together with butter and cream cheese with a fork, add the beer and knead until this quantity is smooth.

Remove the peel from the onion and chop into very fine cubes. Now mix the cheese, onion and paprika powder and arrange on a rustic plate.

Important: The Camenbert must have reached its highest degree of maturity !

Wine tip: Silvaner Kabinett dry or Riesling Kabinett semi-dry
