For the baked eggs in meat coat, first hard boil the eggs, rinse and peel them. The meat is mixed with finely chopped spring onions, garlic, sherry, cornstarch, spice powder, soy sauce and salt.

Divide this mixture into 4 portions and cover the eggs with it. Fry the eggs in hot oil. Drain on paper towels, then cut in half and arrange the baked meat-coated eggs on lettuce strips.
