For the oatmeal burgers, mix oatmeal, soy flour, wheat germ and yeast flakes. Add butter and honey to the mixture.
Heat the milk and pour it over the flake mixture as well, mix everything well and let it swell.
In the meantime, finely grate the carrots and coarsely grate the cheese. Stir the vegetables, parsley, cheese and eggs well into the oatmeal mixture. Form small loafs from this mixture.
Heat oil or butter in a skillet and fry the oat burgers on both sides, covered, for about 10 minutes over low heat.
Remove the oat burgers from the pan, drain and enjoy.
