Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!
1. rinse cooled mushrooms, soak in lukewarm water.
Soak toast in cold water, squeeze and knead into a dough with eggs, minced meat, onions and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
Form a roast from the dough and place it in a greased roasting pan. Roast in a heated stove at 200 °C (gas 3) on the middle rack for 20 minutes uncovered.
Remove the skin from the cucumber, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.
After 20 minutes, add the cucumber cubes and mushrooms with the liquid to the roast and cook for half an hour with the lid on.
Remove the roast, cut into slices and keep warm. Crème fraîche to the cucumbers form, bring to a boil, stir with sauce thickener, season with salt and season with pepper.
7. arrange the roast on the cucumbers, garnish with plucked parsley. Serve with dill potatoes.

Entrée: trout with basil sauce.
Main course: Minced roast with cucumber
Dessert: Rhubarb-raspberry jelly
