Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
Put the flour in a bowl, add the grated nuts, powdered sugar, salt, cinnamon, egg yolks and rum and mix with the milk to form a thick batter.
Fold in the egg whites and pour the batter into a pan.
When the dough starts to color at the bottom, turn it over and bake the other side.
Using two forks, tear the dough into pieces. Sprinkle the nut pancake with powdered sugar and enjoy.
