For the minced roast, soak the bread in water and then squeeze well. Fry the onion in butter until light yellow.
Mix the minced meat with the bread, onion, garlic, parsley, marjoram, mustard, egg, salt and pepper and season to taste.
Shape into a Striezel in breadcrumbs and place in a baking dish, pour in some soup.
Place in the preheated oven and roast at 200 °C for approx. 45 minutes, basting now and then with a little soup.
