Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Separate the eggs. Whip egg whites with 2 tbsp powdered sugar until stiff, whip egg yolks with 2 tbsp powdered sugar until creamy. Mix the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture. Fold in the snow and add the whipped cream. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Tip: Use better chocolate – the better the result will taste!
