Mix flour with baking powder and knead with margarine, powdered sugar and egg. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 3 mm and cut out discs (diameter 3 cm). Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for about 15 minutes until light. Allow to cool. For the cream, mix margarine with powdered sugar until creamy, stir in melted chocolate. Assemble 2 doughnuts with cream, decorate with a dab of cream and a mocha bean.
