For the salad variation with bacon cubes, wash and roughly tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Strain the can of corn and add it as well.

Wash the cucumber and cut it into quarters. Cut the green onion into fine rings. Remove the seeds from the bell bell pepper, wash it and cut it into small pieces. Add everything to the salad bowl.

Fry the bacon in a hot pan in its own fat until nice and crispy and put it on the side. Boil the eggs, peel them, cut them into eighths and put them on the side as well.

Make the marinade from the given ingredients, except for the oil, mix all the ingredients nicely and pour over the salads. Let it pore briefly and season to taste.

Arrange on a plate with pumpkin seed oil, the bacon cubes and the egg cartons. Enjoy with freshly toasted bread!
