Instructions:

For the leek and pear puree, clean the leek, wash thoroughly and cut into slices.

Peel the pears, cut into quarters, remove the core and cut the pears into pieces.

Peel and chop the garlic.

In a saucepan, cover leeks with just enough water and bring to a boil once. Add garlic cloves and pears and steam until soft. Add a little water if necessary.

Puree leeks and pears.

Add olive oil to the leek and pear puree and season with salt and pepper.
