For stuffed tomatoes, finely chop 5 leaves of basil. Peel and press garlic. Stir creme fraiche until smooth.

Grate mozzarella and mix sour cream, finely chopped basil, salt, pepper and garlic into the creme fraiche.

Cut off top of tomatoes and scoop out with a spoon. Fill in cheese mixture, garnish with basil leaves and place lid diagonally on stuffed tomatoes.
