For the minced fish loaves, warm the milk to lukewarm. Remove the crusts from the toast, cut into small cubes and soak in the milk. Dab the fish and cut into small cubes. Mix finely with the soaked bread, mustard and egg.

Peel and dice the onion. Then fry the onion in a pan until translucent and mix into the fish mixture. Finely chop the parsley, cut the chives into small rolls and mix both with the lemon zest into the mixture.

Season with salt, pepper and other spices and add breadcrumbs. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour. Heat a frying pan with oil and slowly fry the fish mixture.

Then put in the preheated oven for a few minutes.
