For the melon jam with lime, first peel the melon, scrape out the seeds with a spoon and dice the flesh (should now be about 750 g).

Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Boil for about 5-7 minutes until bubbling. Stir constantly and skim.

Make a jelly test. If successful, pour the melon jam with lime into sterile jars and seal tightly. Place on the lid for a few minutes. Then invert and allow to cool completely.
