For the topping:


For the apple-coconut slice, beat egg whites until stiff. Beat yolks with honey and water until foamy. Stir in all other ingredients, fold in beaten egg whites.

Place on a small baking tray and bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.

For the topping, finely chop the apples and banana in a food processor. Mix in the honey and lemon juice and zest and pour onto the cooled base.

Serve the apple and coconut slices immediately.
