For the Tyrolean horseradish, wash the pork, dry it and cut it into pieces. Peel the onion and chop finely. Clean the greens and cut them into strips as well.

Put everything in a little salted water, add the peppercorns and bay leaf spices to the pot and cook the meat until it is semi-soft.

In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Add the vinegar and potatoes to the meat and season again with salt and caraway seeds.

Cook the meat until soft. During this time, clean and grate the horseradish and sprinkle over the meat before serving. Serve the Tyrolean horseradish meat.
