For the mango lassi, first peel and seed the mango and chop the pulp.

Puree the Mago pulp, buttermilk and ice cubes together. Add caradmom, clove powder and cinnamon and sweeten with sugar to taste.

Add yogurt and blend again. Serve the mango lassi.
