Rinse, skin and pit apricots. Beat the seeds and use the inside. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise. Fill everything into the jug with spirit of wine. Close and leave in a warm place for 3-4 weeks.

Purify sugar with white wine and pour it to the extract. Leave for a few days, then pour through a filter into bottles and cork.
